Job Requirements:

• The person should possess 6+ yrs experience with in-depth expertise
  on the web application development on the LAMP (Linux Apache, MySQL and PHP(and
  Perl)) platform. & Ajax.
• Should be able to learn quickly and have eye for detail.
• Should have good verbal/written English language, as a well as good
• Interpersonal skill is desirable.

Profile of Experience

• Strong grasp of OO principles and best practices, and tiered or
  componentized functionality in distributed applications
• Experience in designing architecture of complex and challenging LAMP
  applications.
• Designing and maintaining My SQL Databases and tables
• Knowledge of product-oriented framework and design
• Should have good debugging skills
• Should be aware of design patterns, unit/regression testing, code
  versioning, and build management mechanisms.
• Should also posses knowledge of specialized techniques like
  concurrency, networking, and security is desirable.
• Experience with Development and Debugging on both Windows and UNIX
  based platforms.
• Able to fine tune and optimize PHP (and Perl) code.
• Knowledge on SCORM standards is a plus
