Position Summary:

The Web Development Team Lead initially work in a dual role as an integral part of a growing international team. Initially, he/she will function as a technical contributor for web development and when the volume of work increases, as the Web Development Team Lead, he/she will be expected to take an active role in the hiring and training process of new web developers and designers, and to grow the Web development organization in India.

The successful candidate must be able to manage their time well with little supervision, and organize and prioritize tasks. He/she will also be expected to interact with groups both internal and external to In2M and must have a solid command of the English language, both written and verbal, and excellent communication skills.

Required Technical Skills:

Total Experience: 3 – 7 years

Relevant skills: PHP, Jquery, Joomla, My SQL, Linux

Frameworks: CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Zend

Required Non Technical Skills:

* We are looking for a technical contributor who is very strong on communication (Amazing English a MUST)
