* Handling a team of at least 4-5 members
* Should have worked with overseas clients and handling client interaction
* Involved in requirement analysis and pre-sales activity
* Actively involved in project management activities keeping a focus on profitability and timely completion of the project
* Knowledge & usage of defined standards on project
* Aware of the current updates on technologies and able to suggest framework, package for implementation based on the client requirement
* Should have good understanding of working of internet and web based development

* Effectively able to make short/long term plans with respect to resources and project for the team

The Job Description is as below:
NaviSite is looking for a detail oriented Web Application Developer to join our team. The Web Application Developer will be responsible for assisting in the development of new applications, maintenance of our existing applications and take direction from the Manager of Information Systems to perform modifications and enhancements. Candidate must be able to respond to the need of frequent customization and to respond to unique client requirements at short notice. This role will also involve documentation, user support, troubleshooting and quality assurance. Ability to work independently to complete tasks under deadline. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle.

Required Skills:
 3+ years of software development experience (Object Oriented Programming)
 3+ years of development experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and/or Python.
 3+ years of Experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS
 3+ years experience with SQL databases (preferably Oracle) including database design and administration
 3+ years experience developing multi-tiered web applications using a scripting language
 Ability to understand existing code with minimal help/documentation and the willingness to dig deep.
 Excellent Problem solving skills.

Additional Skills:
- Experience with system administration on UNIX systems (preferable Linux)
