Position Technical Lead- PHP

Years of Exp 3 – 7 years

Technical Skills
1) PHP, MySQL, Oracle, HTML, Java Script, Unix, Linux, XML, XSL, AJAX, LAMP (Required)
2) If has hands on with some language other than PHP like Java, .Net, ROR, ASP.Net etc would be preferred.
3) Technology versatile candidate preferred, major focus on PHP (3 years PHP + 1 year different Technology)
Functional Skills:
1. Excellent Communication / Client facing
2. Good Team Management Skills
3. Analytical, Process oriented

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engg./Computer Science
2. Minimum of 4 years development experience in website development
3. Excellent understanding of WEB technologies
4. In depth experience building web applications using PHP
5. Understanding and implementation of PHP OOP principles
6. Strong relational database experience – MySQL or Oracle
7. Experience with HTML, and JavaScript client-side scripting
8. Familiar with Unix/Linux: use, scripting and tools
9. Knowledge of XML, XSL, AJAX highly desirable
10. Able to analyze, solve problem; possible solutions using standard procedures
11. Handle Team, Client Interaction

Job Description

1. Their roles and responsibility includes developing key components/modules using PHP technologies.
2. Responsible for client Coordination, specification building and Architecture design.
3. Participating in design and testing phase of the SDLC.
4. Managing Development, Testing, Successful Delivery
5. Team management
6. Should be able to get out-of the box solutions.
