Job Requirements:

# The person should possess experience with in-depth expertise on the web application development on the LAMP (Linux Apache, MySQL and PHP(and Perl)) platform. & Ajax.
# Should be able to learn quickly and have eye for detail.
# Should have good verbal/written English language, as a well as good
# Interpersonal skill is desirable.

Profile of Experience

# Strong grasp of OO principles and best practices, and tiered or componentized functionality in distributed applications
# Experience in designing architecture of complex and challenging LAMP applications.
# Designing and maintaining My SQL Databases and tables
# Knowledge of product-oriented framework and design
# Should have good debugging skills
# Should be aware of design patterns, unit/regression testing, code versioning, and build management mechanisms.
# Should also posses’ knowledge of specialized techniques like concurrency, networking, and security is desirable.
# Experience with Development and Debugging on both Windows and UNIX based platforms.
# Able to fine tune and optimize PHP (and Perl) code.
# Knowledge on SCORM standards is a plus
